What a day! We are finally here. Many
months of preperation have brought us to Monterrey Mexico! The
team is very excited, although most are very bleary eyed and ready
for a good night sleep. The 4:45AM meeting time at church this
morning have done most of us in. That and two flights, a border
crossing, and 3 hour van ride. We arrived safe and sound at the
YWAM base about 7:30PM! Everything went smoothly with the flights
and such. The border crossing was incredibly smooth and God covered
us and all paper work went through with no questions. Dinner,
some orientation and now it is time for bed. We had some great
prayer time tonight and all are excited about all that is awaiting
us and the people of Monterrey!

Wow the flights took for ever and the
fact that they gave us the wrong gate didn't help much. We were all
tired by the time we got to Mexico and then the long bumpy road for
three hours to Monterrey was exactly what we needed. we got to the
ywam base about 7:30 and played basketball together with two other
Mexican kids. It was a tirying, but awsome day. We have great expections
for the rest of the missions.
