Peru Team Day #10

Monday, August 4th, 2014

This was a day of goodbyes. We slept in a little later than usual, and ate a light breakfast. We then got on the bus with our "jet pilot driver" Francisco, and picked up most of the Perales team and headed to downtown Lima to a very old church with catacombs underneath it. We then watched the changing of the palace guard ceremony at the Peruvian president's residence.

We traveled down to the Pacific once more, although noone went in for a dip due to the large rocks. We then went to eat lunch at Norky's a popluar resturant that features roasted chicken, very tasty!

We went to the Indian market for some serious shopping. Sweaters seem to be very popular!

We then went back to the seminary for a dinner, our last team time, and finished packing for the long trip home.
